Game PM Studios ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Haath Cricket mobile application (the "Game") for Android. This Privacy Policy outlines our strict commitment to protecting player privacy. We believe in absolute transparency—especially because we designed this game to recreate the simple, clean fun of childhood classroom matches without modern data tracking or intrusive monetization practices.
1. Executive Summary
- No Accounts Required: You do not need to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to play the Game.
- Fully Offline Play: The core gameplay is 100% offline. No internet connection is required to bat, bowl, or complete matches.
- No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, harvest, sell, or share any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or location.
2. Information Collected and Stored
A. Local Storage (On Your Device Only)
To make your gameplay persistent and seamless, certain progression metrics are saved directly on your local Android device via standard system files (SharedPreferences and local Room DB instances).
- What is stored locally: * Audio configuration settings (mute/unmute toggles).
- Game completion statistics (lifetime wins, losses, high scores).
- Custom configurations and unlock progression.
- Access Control: This data remains entirely on your device. Clearing the app storage or uninstalling the Game will delete this local progression data.
B. Aggregate Analytics & Telemetry (Optional Offline Buffer)
When the device connects to the internet, the Game may transmit non-personally identifiable aggregate performance telemetry to our backend optimization tools (Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics) to help us meet our target success metrics (e.g., maintaining a D7 Retention rate of over 35% and verifying a crash-free session rate of over 99.5%).
- What we track in aggregate:
- Generic game loop checkpoints (e.g., match started, match won, match lost).
- Match difficulty settings selected (Bunty, Rahul, or Pappu).
- Non-identifiable device profiles (Android API version, model type, e.g., Redmi Note 11 or Samsung A32, and frame rate stability metrics).
- Anonymized crash logs to fix game-breaking bugs.
- Our Commitment: None of this aggregate telemetry is linked to any personal user profiles, advertising IDs, or individual tracking systems.
3. Children's Privacy
The Game is designed primarily for a nostalgic adult audience (ages 25–40) reminiscing about school-era corridor games. However, because we collect no personal data and show no dynamic third-party ads or explicit content, the Game is completely safe for children. We strictly comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policies.
4. Third-Party Services
We use limited third-party SDKs strictly to monitor app health and crash reports:
- Google Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics: To read their privacy commitments, you can visit the Google Privacy Policy.
